All sales at Virsakitabghar are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or accommodate exchanges for any products once a purchase is completed. By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we are happy to make it right.

Reporting Window: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
How to Report: Please email us at virsakitabghar@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been processed.
