• We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

• As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs & Taxes

• Virsakitabghar is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package during delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your book arrives damaged, please email us at virsakitabghar@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.

• If your tracking says the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local mail carrier first.
