Salfaas (ਸਲਫਾਸ) is a prominent Punjabi novel written by the renowned Sahitya Akademi Award-winning writer Ram Sarup Ankhi (ਰਾਮ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਣਖੀ).

The title Salfaas refers to Celphos (aluminum phosphide), a pesticide commonly found in agrarian households that became tragically synonymous with farmer suicides in Punjab.
